Our side room comfortably seats more than 30 guests, or plenty more with standing room, and offers easy access to the garden. Your group will have it as a reserved base while still enjoying the music and atmosphere of the pub.
The adjoining garden includes covered, heated seating and a separate uncovered smoking area.
Good to know: The side room is a reserved area within the pub rather than a completely private function room. Under-18s are welcome until 8pm, but we don’t host children’s parties or events involving large groups of children.

Our light party buffet is available for £10 per person and includes: croquettes of the day, pigs in blankets, padrón peppers, filled choux pastry gougères, pork and vegan sausage rolls, all served with fries.
You’re also welcome to bring a celebration cake (all other food and drink must be purchased from the pub).

There is no hire charge or minimum spend. We ask for a £100 deposit to secure your reservation, which is refunded following your party. The deposit will only be retained in the event of a no-show or cancellation within one week of your reservation.

Yes - we have permanent hooks available for hanging decorations, and freestanding and table decorations are welcome. Please don’t attach anything to the walls or ceiling with Sellotape, Blu Tack or anything else that could damage the paintwork.he paintwork.

Yes. We can store it for you earlier in the day, although refrigerated storage is not available. You’ll be responsible for communicating any allergen information to your guests.

The side room is part of the main pub, so our music plays throughout the venue and we’re unable to play private playlists - though you’re always welcome to make a couple of requests! Because it isn’t a completely private space, we’re unable to accommodate DJs, bands or other private entertainment.

Under-18s are welcome until 8pm, after which our premises licence does not permit them to remain in the pub. Anyone fortunate enough to look under 25 may be asked to provide ID.
Our side room is designed for adult celebrations and is not suitable for children’s parties or events involving large groups of children. Any children attending a family celebration must remain safely seated with their adults.

Your guests will have easy access to the garden, but it will remain open to other customers. We only reserve the garden exclusively for groups of more than 100 guests.
Please respect the non-smoking policy in the covered, heated area. Smoking is permitted in the designated uncovered garden area.
